Heart Wide Open by Shellie Rushing Tomlinson

It is great to be a Christian but sometimes we don't get to the grandeur that God would have us be. We end up doing everything "christian" in almost an automatic-Christianity way, but if we want our life to be lived abundantly and to the full, we need to crank up our Faith and really allow Jesus to be Lord and boldly go where your faith has never gone before.

In Heart Wide Open, Shellie Rushing Tomlinson discusses how a boring Christian life can be made exciting and alive, just by allowing God into every area of your life. She talks of her own experiences. I liked her conversational style of presentation and her funny demeanor in her writings.

Christian life is way more than ordinary. So, if you are looking for a nudge or a guide to help encourage you to enliven your faith, this is your book!
